In response to our rapid growth over the past year, we seek motivated, organized, team-oriented sales/relationship managers to provide assistance in account opening and operational support to the firm's rapidly growing customer base of professional and individual forex traders.

Responsibilities include:

• Being part of a team dedicated to handling all aspects of the customer experience.
• Facilitate outbound opening of new accounts for potential clients who already indicated interest in our platform and provide support for existing customers.
• Handle incoming trading inquiries and client issues via phone, email and live, interactive chat.

This position will involve exposure to all aspects of GAIN's business via daily interaction with sales, trading, operations, and accounting.

Qualifications:

• College graduate or Customer service experience, especially within a brokerage or financial services environment. Series 3 or Series 7 & 63 a plus
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must.
• We will provide on the job training, but ideal candidates will be aggressive, flexible self-starters with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a "service" mindset in order to support GAIN's customers in the demanding, real-time environment of active trading.
• Fluency in Russian, Arabic or Japanese a plus!

We are looking for a talented Configuration & Release Management Lead to join our growing Technology team in Bedminster, New Jersey. The ideal candidate needs to be energetic and ready for a fast paced environment. Attention to detail and being organized is critical.

Responsibilities:

• Work with our Development and QA staff in testing, configuring, staging and deploying new systems to QA & production.
• Work with our Production Support staff in handing over new systems, new versions and detailing changes to the production environment.
• Develops and maintain technical support documentation & inventories.
• Works with development to automate builds and software deployments.
• Work with counterparties to ensure systems are optimally configured.
• Work with different business and technical groups to troubleshoot issues.
• Performs post release testing after application upgrades and/or releases.
• Maintain organization release schedules.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with the following is important (Team Foundation Server (TFS), SQL, Windows desktop & Windows Server, IIS, Unix, TCP/IP, Vendor applications, Code Control Systems, Ticketing Systems)
• Must be able to demonstrate technical problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be prepared to recognize process deficiencies, propose and implement guidelines and standards.
• Must be well versed in a scripting language on either Microsoft or UNIX platform
• Excellent documentation and knowledge management skills.
• Exposure to HTML, .net, and all Microsoft products is a plus.
• Exposure to Trading Systems is a big plus.
• Exposure to automated release management methodologies is a plus.

We currently are recruiting for the position of Junior Web Developer. We seek a talented individual to join our world-class application development team. The ideal applicant will be well versed in web technology and will work on developing and maintaining multiple websites, including www.forex.com; www.gaincapital.com, and others. This position will also work closely with the Marketing and IT teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Building web content from design documents.
• Execute page re-designs, forms and daily updates of content, products, and images.
• Ongoing QA.
• Writing web application.

Qualifications:

• Ability to hand code HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (familiarity/knowledge with any framework), ASP.
• Knowledge of ASP.net/C#.
• Degree in a related field or 2-3 years relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with web design UI conventions.
• Self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task is a must.

• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop.
