Client Support Associate Location: Bedminster, NJ

We are currently looking for a Client Support Associate to join our Customer Support Team in Bedminster, NJ. The entry-level Client Support position is ideal for anyone seeking to gain hands-on experience in the financial services, online trading and/or brokerage industries. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to client inquiries in an accurate and timely manner through phones, chats, or emails. In addition, you will engage clients in a meaningful dialogue and identity unstated needs or financial goals that may be achieved by further utilizing company services, products or tools.

Internal Controls Manager Location: Bedminster, NJ

We are currently looking for a talented Internal Controls Manager to join our Finance team in Bedminster, NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing existing financial controls across the firm, reporting omissions and making recommendations for improvements. In addition, will establish testing basis for controls, ensure compliance with ICFR and DC&P regulations, coordinate annual SOX audit, and integrate newly acquired businesses into the group framework.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (or related degree), and at least 5 years of financial controls experience, with at least 2 of those years in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) along with a CPA license. Must be comfortable working in a matrix environment, dealing with all levels of the organization. Strong communication and project management skills are a must, background in international operations, consolidations and trading a plus. Search Engine Marketing Coordinator Location: Bedminster, NJ

We are currently looking for a Search Engine Marketing Coordinator to join our Acquisition Marketing team in Bedminster, NJ. This is an excellent entry level opportunity to build your skills and become an expert in Search Engine Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for the day to day management of GAIN Capital's global search engine marketing campaigns, including keyword research/expansion, copy writing, ad testing, and bid management. In addition to search engine marketing, this role will also assist with various other marketing initiatives including display advertising, landing page, optimization, tracking, and more.
