Associate Director, Trader Education Location: Bedminster, NJ

The position will be responsible for overseeing the Trader Education function at FOREX.com. The Associate Director, Trader Education is responsible for the development and distribution of educational content across all of FOREX.com's global websites. The mission of this key role is to promote and develop an informed online trader community.

The successful candidate will develop high quality educational material supporting the goals of all levels of self-directed traders of spot currencies, metals, oil and CFD products. The qualified candidate must have a proven track record of executing successful online educational outreach programs in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities include:

  • Development and distribution of content to the FOREX.com trader community.
  • Design and development of strategies for trader education including website content, webinar materials, videos, community features, etc.
  • Evaluation and restructuring of online educational courses.
  • Engage and partner with third parties to expand distribution channels and raise awareness of FOREX.com brand.
  • Leverage social technologies to engage new traders and motivate continued learning.
  • Responsible for the management and oversight of FOREX.com's educational portal.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience with a proven track record in developing effective trader education programs across multiple channels.

Client Services Support Location: Bedminster, NJ

This entry-level Client Services Support Position is ideal for anyone seeking to gain hands-on experience in the financial services, online trading and/or brokerage industries – and offers unlimited advancement potential.

In response to our rapid growth over the past year, we seek motivated, organized, team-oriented sales/relationship managers to provide assistance in account opening and operational support to the firm's rapidly growing customer base of professional and individual forex traders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Being part of a team dedicated to handling all aspects of the customer experience.
  • Facilitate outbound opening of new accounts for potential clients who already indicated interest in our platform and provide support for existing customers.
  • Handle incoming trading inquiries and client issues via phone, email and live, interactive chat.

This position will involve exposure to all aspects of GAIN's business via daily interaction with sales, trading, operations, and accounting.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate or Customer service experience, especially within a brokerage or financial services environment. Series 3 or Series 7 & 63 a plus
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must.
  • We will provide on the job training, but ideal candidates will be aggressive, flexible self-starters with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a "service" mindset in order to support GAIN's customers in the demanding, real-time environment of active trading.

Help Desk Associate Location: NYC, NY

This position will be based in our Wall Street, NY office with periodic travel & time spent at our Bedminster, NJ headquarters.

Responsibilities include:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in help desk role
  • Must have strong troubleshooting skills with all Microsoft products including Windows, Active Directory, permissioning & policies, and Microsoft Office
  • Must have strong, hands-on experience with networking and Internet principle (DNS, TCP/IP, DHCO, SMTP etc.)
  • Must be organized and be able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of users in different locations

Qualifications:

Jr. Web Developer Location: Bedminster, NJ

We currently are recruiting for the position of Junior Web Developer. We seek a talented individual to join our world-class application development team. The ideal applicant will be well versed in web technology and will work on developing and maintaining multiple websites, including www.forex.com; www.gaincapital.com, and others. This position will also work closely with the Marketing and IT teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building web content from design documents.
  • Execute page re-designs, forms and daily updates of content, products, and images.
  • Ongoing QA.
  • Writing web application.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to hand code HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (familiarity/knowledge with any framework), ASP.

Online Marketing Coordinator Location: Bedminster, NJ

We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and self-motivated individual to assist with the reporting, analysis and optimization of our global online advertising. This person will be responsible for facilitating and supporting advertising campaigns from beginning to end. Responsibilities will range from trafficking online banners, pulling performance reports, analyzing results, to optimizing ad creative/placement. You will work closely with internal creative resources, media buyers, analytics and web teams. This role requires both a creative mindset AND superior analytical skills. Responsibilities include:

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager (Bilingual Japanese/English) to join our growing Marketing team and be a key stakeholder in the development and implementation of the product strategy for the Japanese market.

In this role, you will be a bridge between the marketing and development teams, to communicate the needs of the Japan market in order to improve the user experience of our Japanese trading platforms and tools. You will also be responsible for the development and management of new and existing product launch plans that include direct and indirect marketing, promotions, sales support materials, customer communications, and website updates.

Responsibilities Include:
