This entry-level position is ideal for anyone seeking to gain hands-on experience in the financial services, online trading and/or brokerage industries - and offers unlimited advancement potential.
In response to our rapid growth over the past years, we seek motivated, organized, team-oriented individuals to provide assistance in account opening and operational support to the firm's rapidly growing customer base of professional and individual forex traders.
Responsibilities Include:
- Being part of a team dedicated to handling all aspects of the customer experience.
- Facilitate outbound opening of new accounts for potential clients who already indicated interest in our platform and provide support for existing customers.
- Handle incoming sales inquiries and client issues via phone, email and live, interactive chat.
- Not a cold calling sales position
This position will involve exposure to all aspects of GAIN's business via daily interaction with trading, operations, and accounting.
Required Qualifications:
- College graduate (Recent grads eligible) or Customer Service and/or sales experience, especially within a brokerage or financial services environment.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must
- We will provide on the job training, but ideal candidates will be aggressive, flexible self-starters with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a "service" mindset in order to support GAIN's customers in the demanding, real-time environment of active trading.
- Fluency in Russian, Arabic, Chinese or Japanese a plus!
Compensation/Benefits:
Competitive salary of $35K base plus quarterly bonuses. We structure our employee compensation to motivate and reward superior performance. Employee benefits include medical, flex spending plan, employer matched 401k program, paid holidays and vacation.

Interactive Creative Director |

We are currently seeking a strategic thinker with a great design aesthetic to become our Interactive Creative Director. As a key member of the marketing team, the Interactive Creative Director will have responsibility for all of the company's online branding & design, including multiple websites, email, online display advertising, and other online communications including newsletters, online tutorials and product demos, etc. The ideal candidate will be "hands-on" and thrive in an extremely fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
This position is based in our Bedminster, NJ headquarters.
Responsibilities:
- Working with Brand Marketing and Customer Acquisition on brand strategy, creative direction and the development and execution of interactive programs
- Maintaining brand consistency and design excellence across GAIN's online brand family.
- Provide creative input to external creative agencies for the development of online marketing campaigns (banners, buttons, rich media, online video, etc.)
- Developing web pages, emails, landing pages, flash animations, and multimedia presentations and managing all stages of development including design, architecture, usability and programming.
- Collaborating with marketing and application development teams on user interface design for our proprietary trading platform and other customer facing applications
- Consistently seeking out new interactive technologies designed to improve our online presence and our online advertising metrics
- Developing and manage an in-house creative team to produce creative assets, including web pages & graphics, online advertisements, email & landing page templates, etc.
- Managing external design resources
Required Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of design experience on consumer-focused websites and online advertising campaigns
- Should have a working knowledge of brand principles and their application online
- Ability to understand business goals and purposes and communicate ideas to various audiences and business stakeholders
- Familiarity with the different disciplines within an interactive environment including designers, copywriters, usability engineers, information architects, interaction designers, web developers, and quality assurance analysts, including how they interact with and relate to each other
- Ability to manage a staff of designers, producers, technical resources as well as outside agencies and production vendors
- Ability to manage a multiple of projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently
- Hands-on design skills with demonstrative expert use of Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash, and other Macromedia programs
- Proficient in HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience working in financial services industry a major plus
