Glenn Stevens, Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer, Glenn drives the strategic goals of the Company and oversees all the business units. Glenn's 20 years of FX experience includes senior positions at some of Wall Street's most prestigious financial institutions.

Glenn Stevens joined GAIN Capital Group in February 2000 as a founding partner and managing director, and assumed the CEO role in June, 2007. Prior to that, Glenn was managing director, head of North American sales and trading at Natwest Bank. In this role, Glenn directly managed a staff of over 50 trading and sales professionals and also served as a senior member of Natwest's North American Management Committee. From 1990 to 1997, Glenn was at Merrill Lynch and Co., hired as a USD/JPY trader and eventually promoted to the bank's management team as managing director and chief dealer for Spot and Forward FX. While at Merrill Lynch, Glenn developed the investment bank's emerging markets currency trading desk and increased profitability threefold in 2 years. During this time Glenn also served as the Federal Reserve Bank's FX representative for investment banks. Glenn's Wall Street career began in 1984 at Bankers Trust Company. Glenn is a sought after FX market commentator and spokesperson for the retail FX industry, frequently appearing in financial news outlets such as the Wall Street Journal, Reuters, Bloomberg, and CNBC, among others. Glenn holds a BS in Finance from Bucknell University and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University.

Chris Calhoun, Chief Operations Officer
Chris ensures that all business operations are directly aligned with the Company's retail and institutional customers. With GAIN since 2000, Chris has played an integral role in GAIN Capital's growth from startup to industry leader.

Prior to joining GAIN Capital in 2001, Chris was Chief Operating Officer of FNX Limited, a provider of trading and risk management solutions to the international financial community. During his eight-year tenure at FNX, Chris helped grow the firm from an early stage start-up of 10 employees to well over 200 employees located in 7 offices around the world. In his early days at FNX, Chris spearheaded large scale, mission-critical system implementations and managed the support operation for the firm's largest sales office in New York. Later, as a member of senior management, Chris assumed responsibility for several key roles, including that of COO, Global Head of Sales and Marketing, and Senior Managing Director, Professional Services. Chris holds a BS in Finance and English and an MBA from La Salle University.

Henry Lyons, Chief Financial Officer, GAIN Capital Holdings Inc.
Henry Lyons is responsible for all finance and investor relations activities of GAIN Capital Holdings Inc. and its subsidiaries, which includes GAIN Capital Group LLC, its US regulated subsidiary.

Henry brings over 20 years of financial experience to GAIN, including senior roles at multinational public and private companies. His positions span the breadth of global businesses ranging in size from $50 million to $2 billion. Prior to joining GAIN in March 2008, Henry was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at ACI Worldwide (NASDAQ: ACIW), a global provider of e-payment processing software and services to financial institutions, retailers and service providers in over 80 countries. At ACI, he was responsible for all controllership, accounting and taxation, regulatory reporting, financial planning and analysis, and investor relations activities.

Henry's previous experience includes positions as a division CFO at GE Healthcare, corporate controller at W.R. Grace & Company, and audit professional at Ernst & Young, where he was a licensed CPA. In these roles, Henry's responsibilities included auditing of both private and public companies, internal and SEC reporting, growth and productivity initiatives, financial planning and analysis, acquisitions, divestments and restructuring activities. Henry earned an MBA from New York Institute of Technology, and a BBA in Accounting from Millsaps College.

Alexander R. Bobinski, CPA, Chief Financial and Compliance Officer,
GAIN Capital Group LLC
Alex is responsible for the financial operations and compliance activities of GAIN Capital Group LLC, the US regulated subsidiary of GAIN Capital Holdings Inc. Alex's responsibilities include accounting, treasury and cash management, and reporting. He also serves as the Company's liaison with GAIN's regulatory agencies, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and the National Futures Association (NFA).

Alex brings to GAIN 18 years of financial, accounting and capital markets experience in and around the futures industry. From 2002-2005, he was chief financial officer at Refco LLC, the regulated futures trading and clearing firm, managing the finance, treasury and accounting operations of the firm, as well as due diligence and integration efforts for acquisitions.

Prior to Refco LLC, Alex spent 10 years at Nomura Securities International as vice president and controller for their futures and options business. Additionally, for twelve years he was sole proprietor of Futures Accounting and Consulting Services, providing accounting and compliance services to Commodity Pool Operators, Commodity Trading Advisors and Introducing Brokers. Alex also served as controller/compliance director at Bridgewater USA, Inc. Alex began his career at the National Futures Association as an in-charge auditor. A Certified Public Accountant, Alex also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Accounting from Ramapo College of New Jersey.

Samantha Roady, Chief Marketing Officer
Samantha oversees GAIN Capital Group's global marketing strategy, including advertising and brand management, client acquisition and marketing, and corporate communications.

A founding employee, Samantha brings to GAIN extensive experience marketing products and services in the financial services IT arena. Samantha joined GAIN in October 1999 from FNX Limited, where she was director of marketing for the international trading and risk management systems provider. In that role, Samantha directed all marketing communications activities worldwide, as well all marketing initiatives related to joint ventures and industry alliances. During her 5-year tenure, FNX grew from a relatively unknown derivatives software firm to a leader in its field, and one of the fastest growing companies in the US. Samantha holds a BA in International Affairs from James Madison University.

Andrew Haines, Chief Information Officer
As CIO, Andrew is responsible for aligning IT strategy with the strategic business objectives of the Company, as well as overseeing day-to-day technology operations.

Andrew oversees all aspects of the Company's information technology, including trading and business application development, infrastructure operations, and business continuity planning. From March, 2005 until September, 2007, Andrew was vice president, application development at GAIN Capital Group. He brings to GAIN over 20 years of experience delivering business and trading solutions for major corporations in the financial services and brokerage industries, including Merrill Lynch and Smith Barney. Prior to joining GAIN, Andrew was chief information officer and vice president of technology at Bluefly, the online retailer. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Delaware and a Masters in Technology Management from the Stevens Institute of Technology.

Tim O'Sullivan, Chief Dealer
Tim manages the day to day operations of GAIN's trading desk, which handles over $100 billion in trade volume each month. With GAIN since its founding, Tim has over 20 years of experience trading FX in the Interbank market, including senior positions at global financial institutions such as Merrill Lynch and Standard Chartered Bank.

Previously, Tim was director of the NY Sterling desk at Merrill Lynch. Hired in 1994 to establish a presence in Asian Exotic spot & forward currencies, Tim subsequently assumed responsibility for the EMS currencies desk. In 1997, he launched the Mexican Peso desk and provided liquidity to develop customer business. Tim started his career at Standard Chartered Bank, spanning an eight-year tenure that included running forward books in DEM, and trading spot Far East and exotic currencies. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Delaware.


Robert Monteleone, Senior Vice President, Client Services
Rob leads GAIN Capital Group's client services division including sales and client support. In this role, he manages all retail sales efforts and account management teams.

Rob's decade of experience specializing in operations and customer service management includes six years at E*Trade Financial during the firm's hyper-growth stage. Hired in 1996 as a Brokerage Supervisor, Rob was promoted to Manager of the US Financial Services Division, responsible for launching E*Trade's first Client Services Support Center in Atlanta. Rob successfully grew the Atlanta support center to over 450 employees, while overseeing the day-to-day operations and delivery of client satisfaction and sales metrics. Later, as Director of Retail Sales and Operations, Rob headed up the formation of the physical retail division of E*Trade Bank and Brokerage, managing all operations for locations in over 20 cities. Rob holds a BA in Communications Management from State University of New York, New Paltz.
