Registered Futures Commission Merchant (FCM)
GAIN Capital Group is regulated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and is a member of the National Futures Association (NFA). As a registered Futures Commission Merchant (NFA ID #0339826), GAIN must uphold the highest standards and business practices and is subject to strict financial requirements and reporting. All FCMs must adhere to strict rules and regulations, including Minimum Net Capital requirements. GAIN submits to the CFTC and the NFA financial data on a weekly and monthly basis.
